Al-Haqq
The Truth
Meaning
Al-Haqq is the Absolute Truth — the only true reality. Everything else in existence is temporary, relative, and dependent, but Allah alone is the unchanging, eternal, absolute Truth. His existence is the truth, His words are truth, His promises are truth, His religion is truth, and His meeting is truth. In a world filled with deception, illusion, and falsehood, Al-Haqq is the one certainty. He is more real than anything you can see, touch, or measure. When you align yourself with Al-Haqq, you align yourself with reality itself. When you distance yourself from Him, you live in illusion no matter how "real" life appears. Truth is not a concept — it is a divine name.
In the Quran
Surah Al-Hajj (22:62): "That is because Allah is the Truth (Al-Haqq), and that which they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and because Allah is the Most High, the Grand."
